Connie Elwell, CMM

I am Dr. Sykes’ and Dr. Dubash’s Office Manager. I have worked with Dr. Sykes since January of 1986. I am a Certified Medical Manager and am CPR certified. I belong to the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHCOM) and am a lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). In 2005, I received the AADOM Office Manager of the Year Award.

Robin Mc Gregor, LRTD

I am Dr. Sykes’ and Dr. Dubash’s Front Desk Coordinator. I have been working in Dr. Sykes’ practice since July of 1987. I am also cross-training to work as a Surgical Assistant. I have a Dental X-ray License and am CPR certified.

Karrie Ann Brady

I have worked in Dr. Sykes’ office as a Front Desk Coordinator since August of 2007. I am CPR certified and have graduated as an Aesthetician, with a strong background in skin care.

Beth Raughley, CDA, RDA

I have worked with Dr. Sykes and Dr. Dubash since July of 2003 as a Surgical Assistant. I am a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) as well as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and I am CPR certified. I also belong to the National Dental Assisting Board.

Amanda Noona, CDA

I have worked with Dr. Sykes and Dr. Dubash since July of 2008 as a Certified Surgical Assistant. I am a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and am CPR certified. I have also completed several continuing educational courses. I am currently working on my nursing degree at Atlantic Cape Community College.

Leah Lavigna, CDA

I have worked as a Surgical Assistant with Dr. Sykes since 2009. I am a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and am CPR certified. In the future, I hope to become a Registered Nurse through Atlantic Cape Community College.

Janice Quaile

My name is Janice Quaile and I have worked with Dr. Sykes since January of 2005. I am a Registered Nurse who administers anesthesia for the patients who choose to go to sleep for their procedures. Many of our patients are apprehensive and the ability to go to sleep helps to relieve their stress.

Karen Robnett - Sobrepena

I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and have worked with Dr. Sykes since October of 1997. I am also on staff at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center. I am CPR and ACLS certified and I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
